Corporate Projects

Corporate tenant fit-out and capital improvements are the mainstays of our commercial work. Tenant fit-outs have been as modest as a few thousand square feet for a doctor's office to as large as a 60,000 plus for the headquarters of a technology corporation. Our capital improvement projects range from designing main lobbies to developing a custom millwork package for a cappuccino bar in a Boston high-rise.

We begin the design of corporate offices from the perspective of an organization's most important resource: it's people. We become familiar with how the organization operates, at the scale of the individual employee, so that our design can optimize the work environment for each of the firm's employees.

Our approach to capital improvement projects, ranging from health clubs to new building lobbies, starts with an understanding that these spaces are telling a story to the public. We work with our clients to discover the optimal image, ranging from conservative permanence with traditional detailing, to an innovative spirit suggested by cutting edge materials and details.
