The Chocolate Factory / Flavin Architects Office

A former chocolate factory in downtown Boston was renovated top to bottom for new life as work space for six design companies. The minimalist lobby’s recessed art wall features art signage designed by fellow tenant Minelli Inc.  The uninhabitable top floor was transformed into a cutting-edge, environmentally sustainable office for Flavin Architects that embodies the Natural Modernism mission of the firm.
